They also offer a 55+ plan for customers 55 and up. The plan includes unlimited text and talk and 4 GB of data plus their MINtech advisors at no additional cost.

To get those prices you must pay 12 months in advance. They offer plans that come in 3, 6 and 12 month allotments. The more months you buy upfront the more you save.

Mint Mobile Plan Details

You can start with a three month plan to try the service and see if it works for you. The initial three month plan is $15.00 a month. If you choose to stay with Mint Mobile you would need to renew into a 12 month plan to keep that same monthly rate.

If you find you need more data you can upgrade your plan at any time.

You can manage your account online or by using their mobile app.

They are an online only company so they have no stores or salespeople. That is how they save money and pass those savings on to their customers.

It is estimated that the average person uses 5 to 6 GB of cellular data each month. You can limit your data usage by using Wi-Fi at home, at the office and at other locations where you can connect to a secure Wi-Fi network.

You can bring your own phone or buy one from Mint.
